I may have asked this in a previous blog of mine with the subject on "Exercises". How can I start again? I haven't fully exercised in years. I never kept of with it, as I should have. I am a 22 year old young woman and would like suggestions so I can be in a healthy shape, starting with a moderate exercise plan.
I am thinking that before bed tonight, I should start with 5 pushups, crunches, and what I can recall of squats.
My goal is to start with these so I can add more to the protocal each week and be able to be a serious Judoka...well practicing Ji Jitsu. I haven't been in the new classes yet nor followed my own suggestion having sewing my patch the right side of the gi [Where it needs to be].
